1. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Power Electronics, or related fields
- Experience in electrical equipment or power supply maintenance and repair
- Ability to read and understand electrical schematics and circuit diagrams
2. Technical Skills
- Proficient in circuit testing and troubleshooting using testing instruments
- Capable of hardware & software debugging and resolving technical issues
- Working language: mainly Chinese (listening, speaking, reading, and writing); English proficiency is a plus
3. Soft Skills
- Good communication skills; able to work with internal teams, suppliers, and customers
- Ability to support project execution and follow up on technical tasks
- Capable of preparing technical documents and reports
