Job Brief:
Our client is seeking an experienced Service Engineer to execute water treatment services across cooling, condenser, chilled water, boiler, process water, swimming pool, fountain, and domestic water systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for water analysis, chemical treatment, equipment installation and maintenance, system commissioning, troubleshooting, and providing technical support while ensuring compliance with quality and HSE standards.
The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in water treatment services, commissioning, and maintenance, with the ability to coordinate with clients and project teams to deliver efficient and reliable solutions. Job Responsibilities:
- Execute water treatment services for cooling, condenser, chilled water, boiler, process water, swimming pool, fountain, and domestic water systems.
- Perform water analysis, chemical dosing, system monitoring, and treatment optimization.
- Install, commission, troubleshoot, calibrate, and maintain dosing systems, pumps, controllers, and instrumentation.
- Plan and execute chemical flushing, cleaning, disinfection, and commissioning projects.
- Conduct site surveys, inspections, testing, and performance assessments.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and project teams.
- Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs), method statements, risk assessments, service reports, and technical documentation.
- Monitor chemical inventory, equipment performance, and maintenance requirements.
- Provide technical support, customer training, and recommendations for operational improvements.
- Ensure full compliance with HSE standards, safe chemical handling practices, and site safety requirements.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a Service Engineer.
- Hands-on experience in water treatment systems and chemical treatment applications.
- Experience in the installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of dosing systems, pumps, controllers, and instrumentation.
- Strong knowledge of water analysis, chemical dosing, and treatment optimization.
- Experience preparing BOQs, method statements, risk assessments, and technical reports.
- Good understanding of HSE standards and safe chemical handling practices.
- Strong communication, coordination, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple service assignments.
- A valid driving license is mandatory.
