Your tasks!
- Installation, commissioning, and final acceptance of machines at the customer's site
- Analysis and troubleshooting of system malfunctions, both remotely and on-site
- Application support in the field of ultrasonic and laser bonding
- Performing regular maintenance and servicing of machines and systems
- Training and instructing customers in the operation and maintenance of the equipment
- Independent planning and execution of customer visits within the scope of existing service contracts
- Acting as a technical point of contact for customer inquiries and fault reports
Your skills!
- Completed university degree in the field of electrical engineering, mechatronics or similar
- Alternatively, completed vocational training as a mechatronics technician, electronics technician and optional further training to become a technician or comparable qualification
- Professional experience in commissioning machines – for example as a service technician or commissioning engineer
- Structured, careful and reliable way of working
- High degree of flexibility, ability to work in a team and organizational talent
- Business fluent in English for internal and external communication
- Class B driving license
- Project-related, international willingness to travel
