ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

ï‚· Remote service and support through our customer helpdesk
ï‚· On-site troubleshooting for problem resolution, service, or maintenance
ï‚· Customized installation of precision dairy equipment
ï‚· At times, we all wear multiple hats to support our teammates where needed
ï‚· After-hours, weekend, and holiday on-call rotation
ï‚· Development of equipment knowledge and product expertise
ï‚· Basic computer skills
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Hands-on agriculture or machinery experience
Generational farmers highly encouraged to apply
Consideration to candidates with Bachelor of Science in Engineering
