Woodcorp-A Division of Gumcorp (Pvt.) Limited is seeking a reliable, proactive, and experienced Site Engineer (Installation) to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating installation activities of doors, windows, cabinets, and other interior fittings at various project sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate installation activities for doors, windows, cabinets, and other interior fittings at project sites.
- Lead and manage the installation team to ensure efficiency, quality workmanship, and adherence to project timelines.
- Monitor daily site progress and prepare regular work reports.
- Conduct inspections to ensure installations meet design specifications, quality benchmarks, and safety standards.
- Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and clients to resolve technical or site-related issues effectively.
- Ensure proper documentation of site activities, materials, and manpower utilization.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required (preferably B.E. in Civil Engineering or Architecture ).
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Interior Design, Architecture, or the Woodwork industry, with practical exposure to site supervision and installation activities.
- Proven background in interior fit-out and installation works.
- Strong technical knowledge of door, window, and cabinet installation processes.
- Excellent team management, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and make sound on-site decisions.
