Role Description
Deliver interior fit-out works on site, ensuring quality, safety, schedule, and cost targets are met in line with project specifications and company standards.
Responsibilities:
– Supervise daily fit-out activities, trades, and subcontractors to meet approved drawings and specifications.
– Coordinate site logistics, materials, and inspections; verify dimensions, levels, and finishes.
– Review and interpret IFC drawings, shop drawings, and method statements; raise RFIs for discrepancies.
– Perform quality checks, prepare and update look-ahead programs, progress reports, and site records.
– Liaise with consultants, clients, and internal teams for approvals and handovers.
– Support testing, commissioning, snagging, and final handover documentation.
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
– 3–6 years’ experience as a Site/Fit-Out Engineer with interior projects (commercial, hospitality, retail, or residential).
– Strong knowledge of finishes, joinery, MEP coordination, and applicable codes/standards.
– Have a good knowledge in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project planning tools (e.g., MS Project).
– Proven ability to read drawings, manage subcontractors, and control quality, cost, and time.
– Solid understanding of HSE practices.
– Good communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder coordination skills.
