Fire Safe BD is looking for Site Engineer (Fire Protection & Detection System)
Job Description / Responsibility
- Oversee on-site installation, supervision, and execution of fire protection and detection systems.
- Handle the execution, testing, and commissioning of industrial fire pump systems and related equipment.
- Troubleshoot, configure, and inspect fire pump controllers, automation panels, and system integration.
- Ensure all site work complies with design drawings, safety standards, and project timelines.
Educational Requirements
- Diploma in Electrical
- Skills Required: Electrical Installation and Maintenance, PLC and Automation, Fire Pump, AutoCAD 2D, Fire Protection and Detection System
Experience Requirements
- 1 to 2 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
- Engineering Firms,Fire Fighting and Safety
Additional Requirements
- Technical Requirements & Skills:
- AutoCAD 2D: Must be proficient (essential for reading layouts, making site modifications, and reviewing designs).(Mandatory)
- Pump Controllers: Must have clear theoretical knowledge or hands-on practical experience working with pump controllers and automation systems.(preferred)
- Testing & Commissioning: Proven experience or strong knowledge in testing and commissioning fire protection/detection systems.(preferred)
- Educational Background: Diploma or B.Sc. in Engineering. (Note: Strong practical, hands-on field experience is highly prioritized; a B.Sc. is not mandatory if practical skills are excellent).
- Additional Criteria:
- Flexibility: Must have the mindset and readiness to work at any project location across Bangladesh.
- Strong problem-solving abilities on-site and the capacity to handle field technicalities independently.
