Job Description / Responsibility
Fortune Construction Ltd (FCL) is a growing real estate development company committed to delivering quality residential and commercial projects. We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Site Engineer to supervise construction activities, ensure quality workmanship, and manage project execution according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
Job Responsibilities
- Interpret and execute civil and structural working drawings.
- Supervise day-to-day construction activities and ensure quality workmanship.
- Manage site preparation, foundation, RCC, masonry, and finishing works.
- Ensure proper curing, quality control, and compliance with approved specifications.
- Lead and coordinate with site supervisors, contractors, subcontractors, and labor teams.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion within the project schedule.
- Inspect construction materials and ensure proper quality, quantity, and storage.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports, site logs, and documentation.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, MEP engineers, and the head office regarding project progress and technical issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and construction standards.
- Verify completed work, monitor subcontractor performance, and maintain proper project records.
- Attend project meetings and provide regular progress updates to management.
Educational Requirements
- Diploma in Engineering in Civil Engineering
- Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Civil Engineering
- Skills Required: AutoCAD, Safety Management, Technical Skills, Monitoring and Supervision, Structural Designing
Experience Requirements
- 7 to 10 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
- Real Estate,Developer
Additional Requirements
- Minimum 7 to 10 years of practical experience in civil construction.
- Freshers are not eligible for this role.
- Strong technical expertise and hands-on field experience.
- Able to manage manpower and multitask efficiently.
- Excellent reporting, planning, and communication skills.
- Proactive, responsible, and dedicated to delivering high-quality work.
- Willing to work under pressure and adapt to field conditions.
