Location: Sumatra, Indonesia (Based in Sumatra; frequent travel to project sites within the province)
Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree (Engineering or Technical background)
Experience: 3+ years of relevant experience
Language Requirements
- Indonesian & English: Fluent (Mandatory)
- Mandarin: A significant plus
Key Responsibilities
- Site Surveys: Conduct geological, transportation, and construction environment assessments.
- Civil Works Supervision: Oversee construction progress, ensure quality control, and manage risk identification.
- Installation & Commissioning: Handle the physical installation and technical debugging of sensors and equipment.
- O&M & Incident Response: Perform routine equipment maintenance and lead emergency troubleshooting at site.
- User Training: Provide comprehensive training to clients on daily operations and basic maintenance.
- Documentation: Prepare and submit field progress reports and technical deliverables regularly.
Technical Qualifications (Hard Skills)
- Background in Engineering or Technology.
- Proven experience in equipment maintenance and on-site emergency handling.
- Physically fit and adaptable to high-frequency outdoor travel and remote field conditions.

- Independent Execution: Highly self-motivated; capable of managing complex site tasks independently ("A one-person army").
- Stakeholder Coordination: Strong communication skills to liaise effectively between clients, contractors, and internal teams.
