Role Overview
We are seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee on-site installation, fabrication, and commissioning activities at our project locations in Heṭauḍā, Nepal. The successful candidate will coordinate daily site operations, ensure projects are executed safely and efficiently, and maintain compliance with engineering specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily site activities, installation, and commissioning works.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, contractors, and clients.
- Monitor project progress, manpower, materials, and site resources.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and project specifications.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, including P&IDs and technical documentation.
- Maintain site records, progress reports, and inspection documentation.
- Identify and resolve on-site challenges to ensure smooth project execution.
- Support testing, inspections, handover, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in site supervision, industrial projects, or equipment installation.
- Strong understanding of mechanical installations, process piping, and industrial systems.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and technical documents.
- Knowledge of workplace safety standards and quality control procedures.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work full-time on-site in Heṭauḍā, Nepal.
