Job Summary
Responsible for day-to-day site supervision and execution of construction activities, ensuring work is delivered safely, on time, and according to project specifications. This role is execution-heavy and focused on site delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily site activities and workforce productivity
- Ensure work is executed according to drawings, specifications, and schedule
- Coordinate with subcontractors and site teams
- Monitor progress and report daily updates to project management
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Resolve site issues quickly to avoid delays
- Verify materials, equipment, and manpower readiness
- Support inspections and handover processes
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Engineering or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in construction/site supervision
- Experience in infrastructure, marine, or port projects is a strong advantage
- Strong understanding of site execution, sequencing, and coordination
- Ability to read drawings and technical documents
- Practical and fast decision-maker
Employment Type: Contract (6 Months), extendable according to project needs.
