We are looking for a Manufacturing Support Engineer for our partner who not only understands SMT manufacturing technology but is also confident working within it and eager to take part in operating and developing systems serving complex international clients. In this role, you will be responsible for the technological support, on-site implementation, and optimization of state-of-the-art placement and solder paste printing machines, where your work will have a direct impact on the efficiency and reliability of multinational production lines.
You will act simultaneously as a technology expert, a key customer-facing professional, and a problem-solving engineer – with diverse on-site assignments, fast-paced decision-making situations, and continuous professional development opportunities.

Your Responsibilities:
- Install, service, and support SMT manufacturing equipment 🔧
- Deliver customer training sessions and technical demonstrations across various European locations 🎓
- Test and implement new technological developments 🧪
- Collaborate closely with service, sales, and development teams to ensure project success 🤝
- Troubleshoot and resolve ad-hoc technical issues with efficient on-site solutions ✈️
What We’re Looking For:
- 3–5 years of experience in service engineering or process engineering 🧠
- Hands-on experience with SMT manufacturing technology on the manufacturer side 🔩
- Confident English communication skills; German is an advantage 🇬🇧
- Proactive and independent working style with strong prioritization skills ⚡
- Structured thinking and a system-oriented mindset 📋
