You bring the science to social engagement. As our primary Strategy Planner, you map out marketing strategies with a technical, analytical mindset. You do not need to write production code, but you must be an extreme 'power user' of AI, leveraging agents to execute massive engagement loops.

THE ROLE
The Social Engineer is the master of digital behavior. You combine the strategic mind of a marketeer with the technical tools of an AI engineer. You are responsible for designing the loops that keep our community engaged and our growth exponential.
KEY DIRECTIVES
• Marketing Strategy: Design and execute the overarching marketing playbook for product launches and sustained growth.
• Engagement Science: Analyze interaction metrics to engineer viral loops and optimize community sentiment.
• Agent Orchestration: Deploy and manage AI agents to scale outreach, moderation, and feedback collection.
• Cross-Node Alignment: Act as the strategic connective tissue between data, content, and development.
REQUIREMENTS
✅ VERY HIGH EXPERIENCE IN USING VARIOUS AI PLATFORMS AND MODELS
✅ Minimum 4+ years in Growth Marketing, Strategy Planning, or Community Architecture.
✅ Technical proficiency: Extremely comfortable with AI agents, automation workflows, and complex system integrations.
✅ Deep understanding of behavioral psychology in digital ecosystems.
