We are seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Soil Laboratory Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting laboratory and field tests on soil samples and ensuring compliance with project specifications and international standards.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Perform soil testing (Moisture Content, Atterberg Limits, Sieve Analysis, Proctor, CBR)
- Prepare and handle soil samples according to standards
- Record and analyze test results accurately
- Conduct site sampling and field testing when required
- Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure proper calibration
- Prepare daily and weekly reports
- Follow safety procedures and ensure compliance with HSE standards
🔹 Requirements:
- Diploma or Certificate in Civil Engineering or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in soil testing laboratory
- Familiarity with ASTM / BS standards
- Basic computer skills (Excel, reporting)
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in both laboratory and site environments
