Role Description
The Solar Specialist manages the design, installation, and maintenance of solar energy systems. Daily tasks include site assessments, meeting clients, designing solar layouts, ensuring safety and quality standards, and working with engineers and installers. This full-time, on-site role in Ferizaj involves close teamwork and supporting clean energy goals.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Solar Power, Solar Industry practices, and Solar Systems
- Knowledge of Wind Energy and Power Generation concepts
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Experience in renewable energy projects is highly desirable.
- Bachelor’s degree in Renewable Energy, Engineering, or a related field
- Familiarity with industry-specific software and tools
- Ability to work on-site at the Ferizaj/Lipjan location
