Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and technically competent Sr. Executive Utilities & HVAC to support the efficient operation, maintenance, and optimization of plant utility and HVAC systems. The incumbent will play a key role in ensuring equipment reliability, operational continuity, safety compliance, and overall facility performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate, monitor, and maintain utility and HVAC systems to ensure uninterrupted plant operations.
- Support preventive and corrective maintenance activities for utility and facility equipment.
- Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements.
- Troubleshoot operational issues and coordinate timely resolution with relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
- Maintain maintenance records, operational logs, and technical documentation.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support production and facility requirements.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing system reliability and energy efficiency.
Required Knowledge and Skills:
You should have/be:
- atleast a B.Tech by qualification
- atleast 2-3 years of relevant experience in Utilities, HVAC, Facilities Management, Plant Engineering, or related industrial operations
- sound knowledge of utility systems and HVAC operations
- understanding of preventive and corrective maintenance practices
- strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- ability to read and interpret technical drawings and equipment manuals
- good communication and coordination skills
- proficiency in MS Office and maintenance reporting tools
- strong commitment to workplace safety and operational excellence.
