Job Description
As a Sr HSE Supervisor here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for overseeing and directing the organization's health, safety, and environmental engineering efforts. Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HSE strategies, policies, and programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and Honeywells HSE standards
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify operational gaps and develop solutions to address them
- Conduct risk assessments and audits to identify potential hazards and develop appropriate control measures
- Monitor and analyze HSE performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
- Provide training programs to increase awareness and promote a culture of safety and environmental stewardship
Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
- 5+ years of experience in HSE Engineering
- 5+ years of leadership and direct team management skills.
- In-depth knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations and best practices.
- Proficiency in budget management and financial acumen.
- Certification in HSE or a related field is a plus.
