Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.(Mandatory)
Experience : 7-10 years of experience in MEP functions within heavy manufacturing or metallurgical industries; experience in aluminium or non-ferrous industries.
Strong knowledge of electrical systems (HT/LT), furnaces, hydraulics, pneumatics, and utility systems.
Proven track record in managing large-scale operations or business units.
Familiarity with automation, SCADA, and energy management systems is an advantage.
Skills .Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
Project management and execution capability

Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership Develop and implement MEP strategies aligned with the company's operational and sustainability goals.
- Regular Lead the engineering teams across all units and ensure best practices are implemented consistently.
- Regular Coordinate with production, quality, HSE, and project teams to align MEP services with overall plant objectives. Regular

- Oversee all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing operations across the Unit/Factory.
- Regular Ensuring high equipment uptime, energy efficiency, preventive maintenance, utility management, and statutory compliance Regular
- Ensure uptime and reliability of mechanical and electrical systems including melting furnaces, casting lines, rolling mills, hydraulic presses, cranes, compressors, chillers, and power distribution. Regular Establish preventive and predictive maintenance systems (TPM, RCM, etc.). Regular Oversee maintenance budgets and optimize OPEX and spare parts inventory.

- Regular Manage and monitor energy usage, electrical load distribution, and cost-effective power utilization.
- Regular Coordinate installation and commissioning of new MEP systems for capacity expansions or upgrades.
- Regular Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and electrical regulations (e.g., CEA, BIS, MoEF norms).
- Regular Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions for repeated breakdowns or failures.
- Regular Manage a team of mechanical and electrical engineers and technicians across sites. Regular Collaborate with production, quality, and R&D for continuous process improvements.
- Regular Vendor management for spare parts, AMC contracts, and capital equipment procurement.
