Job Purpose:

The Stacker & Loader Technical and Operation Staff is responsible for supporting the smooth operation of the glass coating production process through technical inspection, equipment monitoring, basic troubleshooting, and initial handling of stacker and loader equipment issues.

This position mainly focuses on technical support activities, including checking mechanical, electrical, automation, sensor, control panel, and machine operation conditions. In addition, this position is also responsible for operating and monitoring stacker and loader equipment to ensure that glass handling, stacking, loading, and transfer processes run safely, properly, and in accordance with company production standards.

Main Responsibilities:

• Conduct basic technical checks on stacker and loader equipment before, during, and after operation, covering mechanical, electrical, automation, sensor, control panel, and machine movement conditions.

• Identify initial equipment abnormalities and support basic troubleshooting for technical or operational issues that can be handled at the working area level.

• For stacker equipment, check key electrical and automation components, including electrical panels, sensors, control systems, automation functions, and indications of electrical abnormalities.

• For loader equipment, check key mechanical components, including rollers, conveyors, movement systems, alignment, lifting mechanisms, and the physical condition of the equipment.

• Operate and monitor stacker and loader equipment in the glass coating production process in accordance with work instructions and applicable operating standards.

• Ensure glass handling, stacking, loading, and transfer processes are carried out safely, properly, and in accordance with production standards.

• Report machine damage, equipment abnormalities, technical issues, production problems, or potential safety hazards to the supervisor and related teams.

• Coordinate with maintenance, production, quality, and EHS teams to ensure technical issues are followed up and production flow runs safely and smoothly.

• Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and safety in the working area in accordance with 5S and EHS standards.

• Comply with company procedures, work instructions, production standards, and EHS requirements in daily work activities.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Diploma 3 / D3 degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related majors.

• 2 years of working experience in a manufacturing environment, especially related to production equipment operation, equipment handling, mechanical systems, electrical systems, automation, or material handling equipment.

• Basic knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical systems, automation, sensors, control panels, conveyors, rollers, lifting mechanisms, and production processes.

• Able to operate production equipment while considering technical aspects, work safety, and quality standards.

• Able to identify basic equipment problems during the work process, whether related to mechanical, electrical, automation, or machine operation aspects.

• Able to perform basic troubleshooting for operational and technical issues on production machines or equipment.

• Basic English communication skills, especially for understanding work instructions, basic technical terms, equipment manuals, and simple communication when required.

• Disciplined, detail-oriented, responsible, and willing to learn.

• Able to work in a team and communicate effectively with related departments.

• Willing to work in a manufacturing environment and follow the shift system according to production and operational needs.
