Job Description:
- Develop, implement, and execute growth strategies to support organizational objectives.
- Identify, design, and implement solutions that improve business processes and operational efficiency
- Lead end-to-end stakeholder management, including project planning, coordination, and successful roll-out of initiatives.
- Manage and execute ad-hoc projects and assignments with high efficiency and accuracy.
- Track and analyze project performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
- Prepare and automate cyclical reporting and updates on progress
- Prepare proposals and reports for presentation to senior management
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in any field or equivalent qualification.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Ability to manage projects end-to-end and drive them to completion.
- Self-starter mindset, capable of working independently in a fast-paced and diverse environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
- Good communication skills in both Bahasa Melayu and English.
