- Handle emergency calls and respond promptly to any urgent situations that may occur on the field.
- Keep track of equipment and resources, ensuring that field technicians have the necessary tools and materials to complete their tasks.
- Maintain accurate records of all communications, incidents, and activities, prepare reports and documentation for project management and compliance purposes.
- Assist field technicians with technical issues, providing guidance and support to resolve problems efficiently.
