Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent degree
- Minimum of 5 years of prior experience in project/program management are required
- Supply Chain management experience is required
- Proven success in project management and cross-functional team leadership
- Strong data analysis abilities and software skills, including Microsoft Excel and Power BI; proficient with Word, PowerPoint, and Project
- Proficient with engineering prints and specifications, APQP, and PPAP processes
- Excellent time management and organization skills; able to manage multiple ongoing projects and adapt to changing business needs
- Positive attitude, ethics, and international values to promote a healthy, diverse, high-performance culture
- Possess strong communication skills, including written and verbal, as well as interpersonal skills
- Analytic and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to digest complex information and make data-driven decisions.
- Passionate problem solver and creative thinker with ability to pitch new ideas and be open to feedback.
- Dynamic and agile: Ability to think in a creative and strategic way but are adept at delivering operationally to ensure tasks are followed through to completion.
- Ability to work efficiently and flexibly to deliver results.

- Occasional day and/or overnight travel, up to 20%, domestic and international. This role may also require occasional calls outside of normal business hours to support global operations and supplier coordination.
