The Opportunity

We are seeking a versatile and driven Systems Engineer to join a team at the forefront of autonomous technology. Core Responsibilities

  • System Architecture: Lead the design and characterization of complex, multidisciplinary autonomous systems (HLD/LLD).
  • Requirements Management: Define and manage system-level requirements (SRS) and interface control documents (ICD).
  • Validation & Verification: Oversee the full lifecycle from concept to field testing, including the definition of ATP (Acceptance Test Procedures).
  • Cross-Team Integration: Collaborate closely with AI, Software, and Hardware departments to ensure high-performance system integration.
  • Analysis & Optimization: Perform deep-dive system analysis to improve reliability and operational performance.

Candidate Requirements

  • The Expert: 3+ years of experience in systems engineering for multidisciplinary products.
  • The Strategist: Proven track record in defining requirements and technical documentation.
  • The Builder: A "Hands-On" approach with experience in field testing and system integration.
  • The Communicator: Fluent in English (written and verbal) for technical documentation and collaboration.

Knowledge or Familiarity with:

  • Flight & Control Logic: General understanding of Autopilots (PX4/ArduPilot), MAVLink protocols, or flight control logic.
  • State Estimation: Exposure to control theory concepts (PID, Kalman Filter, EKF) or sensor fusion.
  • Robotics Ecosystems: Basic knowledge of ROS / ROS2 and development environments in C++ or Python.
  • Specialized Hardware: Familiarity with SDR, PDR, or advanced sensing technologies.
