We are looking for an experienced Team Leader – Engineering (Processing) to support our Manufacturing operations by ensuring the reliability, efficiency, and performance of processing equipment and maintenance activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise processing maintenance activities to ensure smooth plant operations.
- Ensure the effective execution of preventive maintenance programs and equipment inspections.
- Maintain compliance with safety, GMP, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with Production and cross-functional teams to maximize equipment performance and reliability.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support the development of the maintenance team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in maintenance, processing, or manufacturing operations.
- Strong technical troubleshooting and leadership skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
