Experience Range
· B.Tech. / MTech. (Chemical) with 4- 6 years of experience
Key Responsibilities (indicative not exhaustive)
Batch Process Improvement
· Support in design of experiments for process improvement
· Carry out lab experiments for reaction study (e.g. reaction kinetics, rate controlling factor, mixing dynamics etc.) for deciding upon right technology
· Carry out experiments for optimization of parameters and ratios to get maximum yield with time reduction
Process Intensification – Continuous Process
· Perform lab experiments for developing continuous process
· Identification of critical process | stage | operation for continuous technology development
· Report generation
Scale-up | Technology Transfer (batch & continuous process)
· Support in data generation for Scale-up calculations
· Support in system scale-up from pilot to plant
· Carry out scale down lab experiments
· Commissioning trail till user satisfaction
Lab Management
· Monitoring lab activity
· Ensuring adherence to safety norms for all processes & equipment
· Support in budgeting activity
· Ensure GLP operations
· Generation of PR
