Job Objective
IDLC Tech Accelerator Program is a fast-track, career development program bolstering fresh graduates and young professionals to transform themselves into future tech leaders. The qualifiers will embark on a comprehensive program designed to cultivate their technical skills and knowledge in software, system, and network engineering. Through hands-on experience and guided mentorship, the incumbents will gain suitable insights into the industry and develop a strong foundation for their future careers.
Program Overview
Our one-year Tech Accelerator Program is designed to provide hands-on experience and industry-relevant skills in Software Engineering and Network Engineering. The program is structured into two comprehensive level and the incumbents will have to qualify in each level and move to the next. The levels are of 6 months’ duration.
Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior developers to develop and maintain in-house software applications
- Learn and support day-to-day IT operations, ensure smooth and efficient functioning of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and databases
- Acquire project management skills through collaboration with cross-functional teams to plan and execute IT-related projects
- Learn to understand business, develop project timelines, and ensure timely project delivery
- Participate in research and exploration of emerging technologies aligned with digital transformation initiative and IT modernization projects
- Attend workshops, training sessions, and seminars on relevant IT topics to enhance technical skills and stay updated on the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices
Job Requirements
Education
- Candidates should have a B.Sc/M.Sc in CSE, IT, ECE, ETE, EEE or an equivalent degree with a minimum CGPA of 3.00 on a 4.00 point scale.
- Final year undergraduate/postgraduate students having completed all courses and exams by June 2026 can also apply.
- Candidates with up to two year of relevant experience can also apply.

Allowance
The incumbents will be receiving an allowance of BDT 30,000 each month, which will increase as they qualify for next level.
