• Lead and mentor a team of software developers and engineers.

• Ensure the team follows Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
• Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance.

• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends.
• Manage project timelines, risks, and deliverables to ensure successful execution.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and knowledge sharing.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Technical Lead, Engineering Manager, or similar role.
• Strong programming skills and experience in React and C# (.NET)
• Strong experience in cloud platforms focusing in AZURE
• Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Proficiency in database management and system architecture.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
