Doğuş İnşaat is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Technical Office Engineer to join our team for a major Metro Construction Project in Bucharest, Romania. The successful candidate will assist in technical office operations, supporting documentation, reporting, and coordination processes to ensure effective project delivery aligned with quality, schedule, and budget targets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (A Master's degree is preferred)

- Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD (preferred)
- Assist in preparing and reviewing technical documents, reports, and drawings
- Support quantity take-offs and basic cost analysis
- Coordinate with site teams, subcontractors, and consultants
- Maintain project documentation and filing systems
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Fluency in Romanian (written and spoken)
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Residing in Romania (preferred)
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
