We are currently partnering with a global industrial equipment manufacturer to identify an experienced Technical Operations Manager to lead technical service operations across Mexico and Central America.
This is a confidential search for a strategic leadership position within an international organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of Field Service Engineers.
- Manage technical service operations, commissioning, installations and customer support.
- Optimize service performance through KPIs, resource planning and operational excellence.
- Collaborate with international headquarters and regional teams.
- Drive the growth of the aftermarket business, including service contracts, upgrades and spare parts.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction while supporting business growth.
Ideal Background
- 8+ years of experience in Technical Service, After Sales or Field Service Operations.
- Proven leadership experience managing technical teams.
- Experience within OEMs serving the packaging, beverage, food, PET or industrial automation industries.
- Strong customer management and project coordination skills.
- Advanced English.
- Availability to travel across Mexico and Central America.
