Are you a flexible packaging guru who knows the ins and outs of custom pouches and rollstock? Do you enjoy solving complex technical puzzles and translating "packaging speak" into winning sales strategies?
We are looking for a Technical Sales Support Specialist to be the ultimate bridge between our Sales team, our clients, and our production floor.
In this role, you won’t just be sitting behind a desk—you’ll be the go-to technical expert helping our sales team close deals by answering the tough questions on barrier properties, film structures, and machine runnability.
🔍 What You’ll Do:
- Empower the Sales Team: Serve as the dedicated technical resource for our sales reps, answering complex questions about custom pouches (stand-up, lay-flat, spouted) and rollstock.
- Solve Client Challenges: Analyze customer product requirements (shelf-life, barrier needs, filling equipment) to recommend the exact right film structures and specifications.
- Bridge the Gap: Work closely with R&D, Quality, and Production to ensure what we sell can be manufactured flawlessly.
- Troubleshoot: Address technical inquiries or runnability issues on client packaging lines.
What We’re Looking For:
- Flexible Packaging Expertise: Deep, hands-on knowledge of flexible packaging materials, laminations, co-extrusions, custom pouch converting, and rollstock.
- Technical Curiosity: A strong understanding of barrier properties (OTR/WVTR), sealant layers, and how different films interact with various filling machines.
- Communication Skills: The ability to explain highly technical concepts simply and confidently to both sales reps and clients.
- Problem Solver Mindset: You don't just find problems; you bring data-driven solutions to the table.
