tion:This is a full-time, on-site Technical Support Engineer
role1. Responsible for the on-site installation, commissioning, inspection, and daily maintenance of new energy equip
ment.2. Diagnose and troubleshoot faults and resolve on-site technical issues for end custo
mers.3. Provide professional technical training and after-sales support to local distributors and part
ners.4. Respond promptly to customer service work orders, track processing progress, and ensure customer satisfac
tion.5. Collaborate with the headquarters technical team to resolve complex technical and after-sales is
sues.
Qualifica
tions:1. Familiar with the working principles of residential PV inverters, the charging and discharging logic of lithium battery energy storage systems (BESS), and BMS management sy
stems.2. Must be proficient in Modbus (RTU/TCP), CAN communication, and the configuration of WiFi/GPRS monitoring modules, and able to resolve complex monitoring connection and third-party device integration i
ssues.3. Quickly troubleshoot product problems and possess repair capabil
ities.4. fluent in English (must be able to read the technical manuals at the China headquarters and report bugs to R&a
mp;D).5. Ability to organize Webex/Zoom online technical training or offline Roadshow demonstrations, and to translate technical documents into easy-to-understand "installer's gu
ides".6. Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Automation-related m
ajors.7. Experience in repairing electronic and electrical pro
ducts.
