Technical Support Engineer – Printing (Riyadh) | Arabic Speaker
ONLY FROM PRINTING INDUSTRY WHO HAS EXPERIENCE WITH PRINT TECHNOLOGY, LASER, INKJET.
Key responsibilities
- Provide onsite technical support and maintenance for laser printing hardware.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software faults using technical documentation and diagrams.
- Perform installations, preventive maintenance, and parts replacement.
- Liaise with service managers, escalate complex issues, and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain accurate service reports and interact professionally with customers.
Requirements
- BS Engineering (electronics or related) or Diploma in Electronics.
- Fresh graduate up to 1+ year of hands-on experience (printing, hardware service, or similar).
- Basic knowledge of print technologies (laser preferred; inkjet/offset exposure a plus).
- Ability to read and understand technical documentation and circuit/assembly diagrams.
- Computer literate with MS Office and service-reporting tools.
- Local Saudi candidates
