We are currently looking for a Technical Support Engineer based in the Bangladesh to support our installer clients, partners, and internal teams across the Uzbekistan market.
Job Responsibilities
1. Pre-sales Solution Design
Coordinate with stakeholders to define project requirements, select inverters, and deliver technical proposals, equipment lists, and layout plans based on project type.
2. Bidding Support
Interpret tender documents, assess risks, prepare technical bids and deviation tables, and support bid defense and contract award.
3. Customer Technical Consultation
Provide product data and answer technical questions on grid connection, protection, and communication.
4. Site Survey & Installation Guidance
Conduct site inspections, evaluate feasibility, and guide installation teams on equipment mounting and wiring.
5. Commissioning & After-sales Service
Commission inverters, run grid connection tests, and resolve faults remotely or on-site with optimized response.
6. O&M Support & Training
- Assist with daily O&M, compile fault FAQs, deliver tiered training to customers and agents, and prepare O&M manuals.
Job Requirements
- Background in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Power Systems, Automation, Renewable Energy, or related fields.
- Effective internal and external communication.
- Strong client-facing skills with the ability to handle and resolve technical issues independently.
- Helpline or call center customer service experience, a background as an electrician, or practical hands-on experience installing inverters/batteries is preferred.
- Experience in PV (photovoltaic), inverters, or energy storage systems is preferred.
