We are looking for a dedicated and technically skilled Technical Support Engineer to join our team and provide excellent customer support for Ruijie products, especially home wifi routers.

Job Summary
The Technical Support Engineer will be responsible for providing online technical support to customers, troubleshooting networking-related issues, and managing warranty and RMA processes. The role requires strong communication skills, customer service orientation, and a good understanding of networking fundamentals.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide online technical support to customers during office hours.
- Listen to customer concerns and provide effective troubleshooting solutions.
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to Wi-Fi routers, access points, switches, and other networking products.
- Assist customers with product configuration and basic networking guidance.
- Handle RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) cases for faulty products.
- Inspect and verify product faults before processing warranty claims.
- Process product replacements according to Ruijie warranty and RMA policies.
- Maintain accurate records of customer support activities, warranty claims, and RMA cases.
- Coordinate with customers, vendors, and internal teams when required.
- Communicate professionally with local and international stakeholders.
- Perform any additional office-related duties assigned by management from time to time.
