🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement technology strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
- Oversee IT infrastructure, systems, and application management.
- Lead and mentor technical teams, including developers, engineers, and IT support staff.
- Manage system architecture, integrations, and technology roadmaps.
- Ensure system performance, reliability, cybersecurity, and data integrity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver effective technology solutions.
- Manage technology projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
- Evaluate and implement new technologies to enhance efficiency and innovation.
- Establish and enforce IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Manage vendor relationships and third-party service providers.
✅ Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in IT, software development, or technology management roles.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, system architecture, and software development.
- Proven experience leading technical teams and managing projects.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms, cybersecurity, and system integration.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience with Agile or other project management methodologies is an advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
