🔎 We’re Hiring: Thermal Engineers – Automotive
We are expanding our engineering team and looking for two profiles specialized in thermal engineering:
🧊 1. Thermal Calculation Engineer (CFD / Simulation)
🚀 Responsibilities
- Perform pre-processing and post-processing of numerical simulations (CFD / thermal)
- Conduct thermal and structural calculations for automotive components
- Analyze simulation results and propose technical improvements
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with client methodologies and procedures
- Contribute to correlation between simulation and physical testing
- Develop technical reports based on simulation outcomes
- Collaborate with design, product, and process experts
- Track progress and report to stakeholders
🛠️ Tools
- ANSA, Ansys Fluent, StarCCM+, ProLB
- Amesim, Taitherm, MPCCI
- CAD: Enovia, Inventor (or similar)
✅ Requirements
- Background in thermal engineering / CFD / fluid mechanics
- Heat transfer
- Fluid mechanics
- Numerical simulation (basic–intermediate)
- Automotive knowledge is a plus
- English: intermediate–advanced (French is a plus)
🔥 2. Thermal Test & Validation Engineer (Vehicle Level)
🚀 Responsibilities
- Perform thermal analysis at vehicle level (engine + passenger cabin)
- Support vehicle validation phases up to industrialization
- Analyze and interpret:
- Thermal comfort in the cabin
- Engine cooling performance
- Air intake systems
- Under-hood & under-body heat distribution
- Heat damage risks
- Contribute to test campaigns and validation activities
- Support validation pilots in critical/impact scenarios
- Prepare technical documentation and reports
- Work closely with cross-functional teams during project milestones
✅ Requirements
- Background in automotive / thermal systems engineering
- Experience in:
- Thermal testing or validation
- Vehicle-level analysis
- Strong understanding of thermal behavior in automotive systems
- English: intermediate–advanced
