PNB Holdings Pvt Ltd is a premier Business Process Outsourcing provider connecting top-tier Sri Lankan talent with global industries. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Traffic Planner to join our growing team and work directly with Australian road projects, while being based in Sri Lanka.
This is a great opportunity to gain international exposure and work with Australian clients under global safety and compliance standards.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
- Design and draft Traffic Guidance Schemes (TGS) and Traffic Management Plans (TMP)
- Ensure compliance with Australian Standards and local council regulations
- Collaborate with Australian project managers and engineering teams to meet timelines
- Assess site risks and propose effective traffic control solutions to ensure public and worker safety
- Following the Australian calendar
🎓 Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil/Transport) or a related field
- Traffic Management covered as a core subject during your degree
- Experience or proficiency in RapidPlan (highly advantageous)
- Strong understanding of road safety and traffic flow principles
- Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken)
- High attention to detail and ability to work under strict deadlines
