Responsibilities
Job Description:
- Check and update the production plan.
- Coordinate material status meetings.
- Follow up with all concerned departments regarding material status.
- Monitor deliveries to all customers.
- Follow up with all concerned departments to resolve production line issues.
- Take necessary actions to avoid line stoppages.
- Prepare export documentation.
- Check and update finished goods stock.
- Receive and maintain BOM data and files.
- Collect data on line stoppages and countermeasures from all concerned departments.
- Collect customer delivery data.
- Provide timely reports on material issues, line stoppages, and finished goods stock issues.
- Check and coordinate customer order data and required documents with the Marketing Department.
- Prepare monthly reports.
Requirements
- Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
- Training: Supply Chain Management, Costing, Kanban
- Skills: Supervisory management, leadership, strong interpersonal and communication skills, proactive and organized personality.
- Experience: At least 3 years of relevant experience.
