Role Description The Vice President of Data Analytics is a full-time remote role responsible for leading Revolut’s global analytics strategy and execution. This position oversees the design and implementation of data-driven frameworks that support decision-making across product, finance, operations, and customer experience. The role manages and mentors analytics teams, sets standards for data quality and governance, and champions best practices in experimentation, forecasting, and performance measurement. Day-to-day responsibilities include partnering with senior leadership to define key metrics, translating business goals into analytical roadmaps, and presenting insights that drive strategic initiatives. The Vice President also collaborates with engineering and product teams to optimize data infrastructure, enhance reporting capabilities, and ensure analytics solutions scale with the company’s growth.
Qualifications

  • Strong foundation in data-focused disciplines, including Data Analytics, Analytics, and Analytical Skills.
  • Hands-on experience applying Statistics to complex business problems, including modeling, forecasting, and experimental design.
  • Knowledge of Finance and financial services, with the ability to translate analytical insights into financial and business impact.
  • Demonstrated leadership in building and managing high-performing analytics or data science teams in a fast-growing environment.
  • Proficiency with modern analytics tools and technologies (e.g., SQL, Python or R, BI platforms, data warehouses).
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of influencing executive-level decisions through data-driven recommendations.
  • Advanced degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Economics, Finance, or related discipline) or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience working in fintech, technology, or other data-rich industries is highly beneficial.
  • Ability to work effectively in a distributed, remote-first environment and collaborate across global teams and time zones.
