VP of Systems Engineering – Barcelona
A VP of Systems Engineering is required to lead system architecture and platform development for advanced semiconductor products in Barcelona. The VP of Systems Engineering will define and drive system-level strategy, working closely with hardware, software, and product teams. This VP of Systems Engineering role offers ownership of complex, high-performance computing platforms.
Responsibilities
• Define and lead system architecture across hardware and software platforms
• Drive integration of silicon, firmware, and system-level solutions
• Lead cross-functional teams across systems, software, and hardware engineering
• Own platform strategy, roadmap, and technical direction
• Work closely with customers and internal stakeholders to define requirements
• Ensure scalability, performance, and reliability of system platforms
Requirements
• Strong background in system architecture within semiconductor or high-performance computing
• Experience leading multidisciplinary engineering teams
• Deep understanding of hardware/software co-design and system integration
• Proven track record delivering complex platforms to market
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Degree in Electronics, Computer Engineering, or related field
