Why This Role

Senior leadership role reporting directly to the CEO. You will own system-level architecture across hardware, software, workflow automation, and AI layers — leading Curiox's evolution from a product-led innovator to a software-enabled platform company.

What You'll Do

System-Level Architecture

  • Own architecture discipline across hardware, firmware, software, cloud, and AI layers
  • Define system boundaries and interface contracts before development begins
  • Eliminate patch-based development; enforce architecture-first discipline

AI-Driven Product Leadership

  • Lead next-generation software platform integrating AI into workflow-level user experiences
  • Define execution models and interface standards for scalable automation

Software-Driven Platform Expansion

  • Define modular API architecture for third-party robot integration and partner connectivity
  • Enable OEM-friendly architecture to support partner-led growth

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Collaborate with R&D, Product, and Commercial teams globally (Asia, US, Europe)

Who You Are

  • 10+ years in systems architecture or platform engineering
  • Experience designing complex multi-layer systems (hardware + software)
  • AI-native operator — uses AI as a modeling tool, not just execution aid
  • Platform thinker who can transition product companies to modular architecture
  • Background in: Robotics/automation, SaaS with hardware dependencies, MedTech, or Semiconductor
