Business overview
We are supporting a confidential search for a Vice President of Operations within a PE-backed residential services platform with a national footprint.
The business operates a portfolio of service brands and continues to expand through strategic acquisitions and operational initiatives.
You will be expected to:
- Drive operational performance and growth across the division.
- Develop and hold senior leaders accountable.
- Spend significant time onsite, especially in underperforming businesses.
- Lead sales growth, margin expansion, and execution of key initiatives.
- Present monthly and quarterly performance updates to the CEO and executive team.
Qualifications and requirements
- 15+ years of senior operations leadership in multi-brand, multi-site residential or field services.
- Experience managing nine-figure P&Ls.
- Proven ability to scale businesses and develop senior leaders.
- Strong financial acumen, strategic thinking, and executive communication skills.
- Comfortable with frequent travel across the division.
- Residential home services experience preferred.
