Job Overview
The Vice President, Project Management is a senior executive leader responsible for defining, implementing, and overseeing Double Fish Technology Company’s enterprise project management framework and strategic execution initiatives.
Reporting directly to the CEO and COO, this role will lead large-scale cross-functional programs across technology development, blockchain infrastructure initiatives, digital transformation projects, and strategic business operations. The VP will ensure organizational priorities are translated into structured execution plans that deliver measurable business outcomes.
The VP will play a critical role in establishing operational excellence, strengthening project governance, improving execution efficiency, and supporting the company’s long-term growth and expansion objectives.

Key Responsibilities
Project Governance & Strategic Execution
Define and lead Double Fish Technology Company’s enterprise project management strategy, governance standards, and execution frameworks.
Translate corporate objectives into structured programs with clear milestones, accountability, and measurable outcomes.
Oversee the successful delivery of strategic initiatives across technology, operations, product development, and business functions.
Ensure alignment between corporate priorities and project execution activities.
Program Management & Delivery Excellence
Lead large-scale, cross-functional programs involving technology, product, operations, compliance, and business development teams.
Establish best practices for project planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting.
Drive accountability, execution discipline, and delivery excellence across multiple concurrent initiatives.
Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within scope, and aligned with quality standards.
Blockchain Technology & Infrastructure Initiatives
Oversee strategic blockchain technology projects and infrastructure development initiatives.
Coordinate implementation efforts across engineering, architecture, and technical operations teams.
Support technology modernization and digital transformation efforts across the organization.
Ensure effective execution of blockchain-related solutions and enterprise technology programs.
Cross-Functional & Global Coordination
Serve as a central coordination point among executive leadership, technical teams, and operational stakeholders.
Facilitate communication and alignment across departments and business units.

Ensure transparency and consistency in project reporting and stakeholder engagement.
Operational Excellence & Process Optimization

Promote automation, standardization, and process optimization where appropriate.
Risk Management & Governance
Ensure projects adhere to governance standards, regulatory requirements, and internal control frameworks.
Partner with Legal, Compliance, and Risk teams to assess and mitigate project-related risks.
Monitor project risks, dependencies, and critical issues while developing mitigation strategies.
Maintain disciplined oversight of strategic and operational initiatives.
Data-Driven Performance Management
Establish KPIs, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms to measure project performance and organizational effectiveness.
Provide executive leadership with actionable insights regarding project status, risks, and business impact.
Utilize data and analytics to support prioritization, resource planning, and decision-making.

Qualifications
20+ years of progressive experience in project management, program leadership, operations management, or strategic execution within technology, blockchain, fintech, or related industries.
Proven success leading large-scale, cross-functional projects in high-growth and rapidly evolving environments.
Strong understanding of blockchain technology, digital infrastructure, software development lifecycles, and enterprise technology solutions.
Experience working closely with executive leadership and managing complex stakeholder relationships.
Expertise in project management methodologies including Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid frameworks.
Exceptional leadership, organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
