The Vacancy
Main Responsibilities Include
Individual
- Implement and maintain automatic inspection software and hardware for quality inspection in the printing processes.
- Build adaptation models and assist Quality Control in the creation of training sets and/or other materials.
- Maintain data and generate information for investigation, analysis and customer required manifest.
- Analyse data collected from vision systems to identify bottlenecks in production and areas for improvement.
- Develop and execute testing protocols to validate system performance and accuracy in real-time environments.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in vision technology to continually enhance system capabilities to improve performance and reliability of such systems.
- Support NPI and R&D trial requirements.
- Conduct regular maintenance and troubleshooting of existing integrated systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to identify system requirements and specifications.
- Provide technical support and training to employees on the use and maintenance of vision systems.
- Proactively communicate daily issues and progress of longer-term projects.
- OEE, RFT and OTIF Targets.
Divisional Currency
- Support the Divisional leadership team, executing the strategy for Currency in terms of the Central Bank and Security Features/Polymer propositions
- Provide subject matter expertise to support effective decision making and to provide input as required to the annual strategic planning cycle
- Support and follow the governance and operational disciplines applicable across the division
