Key Points
We are looking for a responsible Warehouse & Logistics Officer to manage daily operations, maintain accurate inventory, and coordinate safe, timely deliveries to customers and project sites with strong attention to detail.
Job Description / Responsibility
Warehouse Operations
- Handle daily inbound and outbound goods
- Maintain proper storage and organization of inventory
- Conduct regular stock checks and ensure accuracy
- Ensure warehouse cleanliness, safety, and security
Inventory Management
- Maintain accurate inventory records (Excel or system)
- Prepare daily/weekly inventory reports
- Coordinate with finance for stock reconciliation
Logistics & Delivery
- Arrange local deliveries (driver or third-party logistics)
- Track shipment status and ensure on-time delivery
- Manage delivery documents and proof of receipt
- Handle delivery issues such as delays, damages, or losses
Receiving & Inspection
- Receive goods from suppliers or imports
- Verify quantity, model, and condition of goods
- Report any discrepancies or damages promptly
Coordination
- Work closely with sales team for delivery requests
- Coordinate with procurement on incoming stock
- Support project teams with material preparation
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor/Honors
- Skills Required: Accounts and Finance, Inventory Management, Communication and interpersonal skill, Time Management and Prioritization
Experience Requirements
- 1 to 3 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): IT Enabled Service, Inventory/Warehouse
Additional Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in warehouse or logistics (fresh candidates with strong responsibility can be considered)
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and reliable
- Physically fit and willing to handle goods when needed
- Basic English communication skills preferred
- Experience with networking equipment (routers, switches, etc.)
- Familiar with inventory systems (e.g., Kingdee or similar)
- Driving experience or familiarity with local routes
