Role Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Warehouse Operator to join our team in Dubai. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day inbound and outbound warehouse operations, ensuring accuracy in inventory management, and maintaining a safe, efficient working environment.
Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments of stock and materials, verifying accuracy against purchase orders and reporting any damage or discrepancies.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently for shipment.
- Organize and store inventory in designated areas to optimize space and accessibility.
- Perform inventory counts, cycle counts, and maintain accurate records using scanners, RF guns, or warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Inspect products for defects, damages, or expiration and handle returns or quality issues as needed.
- Ensure the warehouse remains clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards at all times.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members, supervisors, and other departments to meet daily production, shipping, and receiving goals.
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety protocols, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
Qualifications
- Minimum 4 year in Warehouse Operations.
- Bachelors Degree in Chemical Engineering, Commerce, or relevant fields.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Word and Excel.
- Must have experience with Tally (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills and a positive, reliable attitude.
