Job Purpose:
Responsible for the daily operation, new establishment, renovation, and maintenance of all head office and parts warehouse sites under the subsidiary; manage inventory stocking and control for machinery and parts.
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Any construction, including lease contract signing, expense budget preparation, expenditure control, invoice sorting and reimbursement.
- Dissemination, implementation, and self-inspection of the company's warehouse management system and compliance requirements; 6S on-site management of branches.
- Inventory of warehouse & office work assets and inspection, repair, and reporting of facilities and equipment.
- Inspection of the standardization of operations and the consistency between accounts and physical inventory for the warehousing, outbound, inventory counting, and inventory operations of hosts/accessories.
- Daily communication and maintenance with customers, external units, landlords, and partners.
- Machine/spare parts receiving, shipping, inventory counting, and checking inventory operation standardization and book-inventory consistency.
- Reception of customers and external parties, daily interaction with landlords and partners.
Required Qualification:
- Graduation in Business Studies or Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
- At least 05 years of experiences in warehouse management, site operation, parts inventory, and/or administration is preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office, ERP software.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently and under pressure to meet deadlines.
