** What You Will Be Doing*
* As the Weapons Integration Manager Level 5 you will be responsible for leading the Weapon Integration team in Fort Worth, Texas, shaping standards, workforce capability, and performance management
Your responsibilities will include:
+ Develop and institutionalize standard work practices, processes, plans, and procedures to ensure timely and accurate engineering support
+ Design and execute workforce competency strategies to attract, retain, and grow a skilled aircraft Weapon Integration talent pool
+ Oversee performance management integration, providing clear expectations, feedback, and growth pathways for team members
+ Guide the planning and execution of new‑business pursuits, aligning technical resources with emerging opportunities
