Position: Wells Program Manager – California Water Service

Key Responsibilities:
• Create long-term plans for well construction and replacement
• Work with relevant departments to support project justifications
• Report on delivery efficiency and program KPIs regularly
• Manage a team, prioritizing and addressing performance issues
• Lead the evolution of well delivery standards and practices
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in Engineering, Geology, or a similar field
• At least eight years in engineering and project management
• State registration as a Professional Engineer (PE) required
• Experience managing teams is desired
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills necessary
