About the Role
At Nile Projects & Trading Co., we pride ourselves on technical excellence and operational precision. We are seeking a highly skilled Workshop Engineers to lead our workshop floor, ensuring that every vehicle serviced meets our rigorous brand standards for safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Workflow Management: Direct the workshop flow and handle job distribution among technicians to maximize efficiency.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct a Multi-Point Inspection (MPI) for every vehicle and perform the Final Quality Control (QC) before delivery.
- Technical Leadership: Step in to handle complex vehicle diagnostics and provide technical guidance to the team.
- Operational Compliance: Ensure all documentation—including parts requests, MPI reports, and QC checklists—is accurately maintained.
- Asset Management: Oversee the maintenance and proper use of workshop tools and specialized equipment.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree (BSc) in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering (Mandatory).
- Experience: 1–5 years of proven experience within professional automotive workshops or authorized dealerships.
- Technical Skills: Advanced diagnostic capabilities and a deep understanding of workshop operational flow.
- Attributes: Strong leadership skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to maintain performance under peak load.
